Since 1921 the Bourillon-Dorléans family have dedicated themselves to producing traditional, characteristic Vouvray wines which are still matured at optimum temperature in the 15th Century troglodyte caves. A delicate and complex wine with subtle aromas of white blossom, acacia and minerals, balanced by flavours of pears and quince on the palate. The richness of flavours are offset by a crisp acidity, giving a clean and refreshing finish.

Mature vines lend this sumptuous Zinfandel its character, bursting with concentrated sweet blueberry, plums and spice characters, it's the culmination of old vines growing in Lodi's well-drained sandy soils. Found on the gently sloping, south facing hillside overlooking the picturesque village of Morgon is the unique vineyard site of 'Les Charmes'. This wine has a fresh, fruity bouquet and a palate that displays a round, smooth, supple fruit character. It is well-balanced with soft, approachable tannins and a pleasant fruity finish. Best drunk with white meats, especially turkey.
